( thedogchew.com) ships treats for dogs made from yak milk worldwide from our Quality cum packaging unit in Kathmandu, Nepal through several airlines and carriers to provide you with the safest, fastest and most reliable service available.Shipping on all International order is prepaid and added to the invoice at the time of purchase. Our all-natural dog chew made from yak milk are made daily in our 3 factories to ensure freshness.Therefore it can take up to 15 days for your order to be ready for shipment.
USA (including Hawaii and Alaska)
- Standard Shipping (via Cathay pacific, Korean Airlines, American Airlines, which takes 3-5 days)
- Courier service (for larger sized orders we may use one of our preferred couriers: DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx)
You can select which shipping method you wish to use but it is recommended to use the cargo Service of major airlines which is more economical)
Orders should be delivered within 15 working days of the date the order was placed (normally your order is received much earlier).

We at thedogchew.com have a simple philosophy, we stand behind the yak chews we make and sell. Any product that is purchased from International Himalayan Dairy Industries Pvt Ltd and found to be unsatisfactory within 15 days of receipt, or has been received damaged or unusable may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team or email at info@www.thedogchew.com and we will happily assist you. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

If you’re not 100% totally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, return it! We’ll happily accept packages within 15 days of the sale date and we’ll give you a complete refund if warranted. All we ask is that the product is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.
